Enrollment Requirements for CNA, CMA, and Phlebotomy Technician Programs
To enroll in our CNA, CMA, and Phlebotomy Technician programs, students must meet the following requirements:
- Background Check and Drug Screening
- All students are required to complete a national background check and a 9-panel urine drug screen through Castle Branch at their own expense. This fee is separate from the course tuition.
- Certain criminal offenses and substances will disqualify applicants from enrollment in Flex programs. A detailed list of these offenses and substances is available for review.
- Phlebotomy Technician-Specific Requirements
- Phlebotomy Technician candidates must complete an interview before applying and be accepted into the program.
- Computer and Communication Requirements
- Basic computer skills are essential, as much of the coursework in our programs are completed online.
- A working email address is required for all enrollment and class communications.
- Health Screening Requirements
- CNA and CMA students must provide proof of negative tuberculosis (TB) testing.
