GCTC Schedules Recruiting Visits

SHAWNEE, Okla. – Gordon Cooper Technology Center recruiters will begin visiting area high schools in late November.

Counselors from GCTC will make school visits instead of the institution’s annual Sophomore Showcase due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

In-person school visits will take place in the following order (dates subject to change):

Meeker High School - (Virtual)

Dale High School - (Virtual)

Bethel High School - (Virtual)

Maud High School - (Virtual)

Jim Thorpe Academy - (Virtual)

New Lima High School - (Virtual)

Seminole High School - (Virtual)

Chandler High School - (Virtual)

Tecumseh High School - (Virtual)

Macomb High School - (Virtual)

Bowlegs High School - (Virtual)

Butner High School - (Virtual)

Earlsboro High School - (Virtual)

McLoud - (Virtual))

North Rock Creek High School - (Virtual)

Paden - (Virtual)

Prague High School - (Virtual)

Varnum High School - (Virtual)

Wellston High School - (Virtual)

Wewoka High School - (Virtual)

Some area schools will conduct their visits virtually. If you do not see your school listed above, check with your school’s guidance counselor.

Gordon Cooper Technology Center is an accredited institution and is one of 29 Career and Technical education options within Oklahoma's globally recognized Career Tech System.
