SHAWNEE, Okla. – Gordon Cooper Technology Center will conduct remote learning Oct. 12-14 as a precautionary measure due to a general uptick in COVID-19 symptoms on campus.
“At this time, the number of persons with COVID-19 symptoms, or persons that have tested positive, is manageable,” GCTC Superintendent Bob Perry said. “However, this extra time away from campus should put us in a better position when we resume the semester Oct. 19.”
GCTC’s Fall Break remains scheduled for Oct. 15-16 and regular campus activities will resume Oct. 19.
