SHAWNEE, Okla. – Gordon Cooper Technology Center hosted more than 520 students from 26 different schools on its main campus for STEM Day Tuesday.
Attending students, ranging from 6th-8th grade, had the opportunity to learn about several GCTC programs including Health Careers, Medical Lab Technology, Paramedic/EMT, Precision Machining and Pre-Engineering Academy. Students also had the chance to learn about agricultural engineering, aerospace engineering, bio engineering, civil engineering, chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, renewable energy, STEM careers and robotics.
